Remove the front sway bar, and put the largest one on the back you can find.

Your C hubs are probably ok at 20.

0.o I usually go for either lighter in the front or rear on the diff oil (depending on what it's doing) Also you can move your shocks around. but ive never had a hyper and ive never ran without a front sway bar.

Try 5-7-1 in your diff oils and run with out the front sway bar and the biggest sway bar you can get on the back that is how i run my Hyper 7 and i run in the top 3 all the time at my club races with buggys like the 808 and 777 and jammin x1 the guys just hate getting out run by a Hyper 7.
