I don't have an accurate count right now of turns.. I'm still breaking mine in.

But I do know that I had to lean it out A BUNCH!!

First time I started it it idled through an entire tank of fuel in about 4-5 Mins. Was just spewing raw fuel out the pipe.

Wouldn't get above about 85 Degrees either. Which is obviously not good.

ok, you feel me then! i maybe just under 2 tanks in mine (brand new) and i had to lean it a whole lot to get it to run. its "4-stroking" at the factory settings (3.5) and wont idle. the temp was a cold 110f. my high now is at 2.6 i want to attempt the heat cycle method and thats getting me 160f

Get that engine above 200F. I personally run 10% nitro and 17% oil fuel so I can lean it enough to get it hot, but not loose any lube for break-in. If you run regular race fuel, then try to cover the head to build up heat. You will need to lean the engine more than what your used too, as the needles on the Speed are not that sensitive as say a Novarossi.
