OS Speed silicone filled crank

I'm just wondering how the silicone will react to after run oil? Is there a special type for filled crank engines? Will 3in1 oil make the silicone swell?

Thanks for any help...

I have heard that transmission oil based after runs (all the red ones) will swell the filler but I never had a problem with it. Just to safe I switched to Mobil One synthetic motor oil.

If you can, you can use the Mugen engine oil. I personally try to keep oil off the filler at all time though, as least not letting it soak in the crank filler area.

They can be repaired though if needed. I had mine redone by Maxy from Maxy's fuel.

im pretty sure WD40 is what is bad for it. Almost all after run oils out there are fine and wont hurt it. I myself use novarossi assembling lube though and there is no need to any lubricant to be on it.
