Default Boost Bottle?

I saw this and never realized they had them for RC. Do they really work? I have seen them on quads and such. I have no intention of getting one just wondering about it.
Go big or go home!

I had a Picco .21 7 port collari with one on it a few years back but I can't say if it helped or hurt... I found it to be more of a pain in the arse really, just one more thing for a air leak and I always seem to get air leaks LOL I guess I need to learn to seal better
