If youre running 30% fuel, you should have shims, Im not sure how many though.

If youre running 30% you should have med-cold plugs.

If youre running 30% and doing a lot of WOT driving, then definately get COLD plugs.

If it wont idle, play around with your needle idle on the engine, go by half turn increments until you see a differnce, then quarter turns from there until you find it hits the perfect spot.

im not sure what werks motors call for on head shims for 30 percent fuel.. that is definetly the reason you are burning plugs

It is a tuning issue... I run a Werks B7 Pro with Sidewinder 30% Worlds Blend fuel, no extra shims... out of the box it is shimmed to run 30%. I'm on my 6th gallon of fuel. Sorry, I don't know what plug to suggest... and you might be rich on the bottom but lean on top. Get someone to help you tune it. I've used exactly 3 glow plugs in that 5+ gallons, and actually never had one FAIL, just changed them because I thought they were getting old enough to be risky in a race.
