Default 1/8 scale throttle return - What do you use?

What do you use for throttle return on your 1/8 scale? Rubber band? Spring?

GMK has rubber bands on amain for throttle return. You can use one large and one small at the same time and pay a few dollars or you can get a pack of very small bands at wal mart for under one dollar. good luck.
