Well, as my wife pointed out, the brake will prevent the diffs from moving. So I loosened them off and now it works. Whoops! An afternoon well spent.

Nice job on the Makin' Noise article on Neobuggy, Sean. Recognition for these up and coming drivers is long overdue! Go Cody!

The plastic is to keep the fuel line from getting pinched around the front body post, it's not needed but there is pics of it in this thread not sure how far back it is

Questions??

Well guys after loosing a couple sets of clutch bell bearings i drilled the hole in my chassis. After another weekend the clutch bell still slightly hit. At my local track we have kind of a step up/table top and its nearly impossible to down side it every time, on a lot of laps you will end up with a flat landing and im certain this is where it occurs. Im going to try the King Headz engine mount to try and slow down a little of the flex. Can any one who has used one give me any pros/cons on the mount. I know a lot of guys are going with the taller set of mounts but thought i would give this a shot. Thanks

I have the KH mount and I love it. I'm not sure how much of the flex it takes out because I already had the hole drilled but I don't notice any odd wear on the bell or spur that would be caused from too much flex. It is super easy to install and remove the engine that's for sure. I see no cons at all with the mount. Pros are that it's easier to remove and install the engine and more control of the chassis flex in that area. I've never had a screw loosen from the mount either. Very happy with the purchase.

+1. I too drilled the hole and installed the KHZ engine mount and agree with this statement.

The engine comes out super easy and the lock nutz through the bottom prevent it from moving... Great purchase.

They make some awesome engine mounts for several different cars. Ran one on the Losi truggy a few years back. Best mount in the business.

I've been running the King Headz engine mount extended version for the past few months and I am very happy with it.

I would say its all upside with zero downside.

EDIT: The $49.99 price tag may be a downside for some although that does get you a complete engine mount with an original design.
The Agama mount that a lot of people seem to be quite happy with is only about $12, although that is only for the upper portion of the mount.

So i have a friend at AMS and he was talking to Tebo and he wouldn't let him take a pic of his buggy with the body off of it. It has got me wondering new parts ? My friend looked at it said he couldnt tell any difference. My friend runs Kyosho so he knows what an Mp9 looks like.
