To anyone thinking about buying a used MP9, please search through this thread and check out the differences between each of the TKI versions! I have see a couple recently that people were trying to pass off as newer versions when in fact they were older buggies with some updated parts. I recently bought what I thought was a TKI2 when in fact it was a mostly converted TKI. I'm stoked to wheel an MP9 now but don't make the same mistake I did!

Default Steering plate

Hi guys
Quick question I see on the setup sheet posted the option of the Ackerman plate facing forward or backward. Does this increase the Ackerman option even more facing it forward is as per kit instruction. Reversing it gives even more Ackerman for more steering is the correct? When its turned the whole location seems to be more rearward.
Thanks

I just installed the Kyosho TKI3 Titanium Screw It. I have figured out where to install all the screws except the ones pictured. I think these screws were placed in the bag in error. They are too short for wing stay or connector. Any thoughts? The only place I see screws that look like this are the front bulkhead and rear wing stay connected to shock tower.

There really hasnt been a huge amount of updates between all "different" versions

Rear hub carriers +2 aluminum , threaded shocks , rear tower shorter

is that the 3*6 screws? it's used under the center diff mount, to screw the plastic where the brake rotor sits.
