Default wheel hubs

Do most people run normal wheel hubs front and rear for the tki3?

Or do you use the narrow wheel hubs in the rear as shown in the exploded view in the manual.

I'll probably end up testing several combinations, but wanted to see what the majority of people run. Thanks.

We have had some issues with the Narrow hubs on the rear with the wheel stripping and having to be cut-off. No problems since replacing hte rear norrow with the normal ones...

Good to know. Thanks.

I was thinking of playing with the hub offset as a tuning option, but it is good to know that some people have had issues with them in the past.

Just an FYI for the group.

Later,
I just added the aluminum C-Hubs. Why exactly does this version of the C-Hub give you more steering. I have yet to put it on the track.

Anyone please answer.

No flex in the aluminum compared to plastic

You also wont pop a uni with these installed.

How much stronger is the IFB005H body versus the stock one?

Thanks!

the kit set up is a good starting point, what i have been told is to run the narrow all round for low grip and normal all round for high speed high grip tracks, not had any issues with the narrow hubs so far but time with them on has been limited, a good tip is to make sure you apply some of the ring gear grease over the threads to stop them from binding up causing issues

the stock one is actually not bad considering, i think possibly because it flexes more it can avoid damage easier rather than the more rigid version, what we have just started to do with the bodies is to make sure the body doesnt touch the rear tower at all and elongate the rear mounting hole also on the side of the body right at the rear we are now leaving more material there and not cutting right back to the trim line this makes that area stronger, I will try and get some pics up later if i get a chance.
