thats weird Nate i have ran them on one car for about 5 gallons and the only one cvd that wore was the front center , the rest were very tight still , i was very happy with them TIP: do not put a set screw in the barrel , this is part of the reason they are made the way they are with the aluminum covers over the rotating assembly

there really isnt a huge advantage to the cvd's but they have worked great on one of my mp9 cars , the one i have been running for a season and a half (its the decked out one )

btw, the front center driveaxle wears out no matter which you use

I'm in Arkansas and when I went through the checkout it said $724.75 total.

How well was it boxed/shipped?

I think they are out of stock now. Even with the English button turned on it is a complicated web site.

$725 isn't a bad deal, though!

I live in hot springs so maybe they raised the price on the kit or the shipping is higher and the kit box was inside another box with plenty of packing

Thank you, Ive actually painted the body my self, but heavily influenced by Bittydesign. It turned out quite good.

Im thinking of getting the new cabforward TKI3 body or the Bittydesgn Force, but first I need to get the car out on the track. I cant wait!!!

David Ronnefalk used this system in the front differential with 7-5-3 or 10-5-3

Yah bro, it does feel good when you have that confident to go full throttle and you know your bug will go the direction you want or control them enough to fall where you want it too. Now it's all about me controlling it to the maximum.

Good luck for this weekend race!

Cheers

On an unrelated note, I HOPE I figured out my "brown out" issues. I essentially got a new radio system (radio/receiver/servos) and more importantly got new receiver batteries. I asked MaxAmps to build a 1700mAh receiver battery and it is AWESOME! I raced this weekend and experienced NO issues. Fingers crossed for this weekend at the Wicked Weekend in GA.

How often do you replace your brake pad? Or you don't?

Replace? I'd have to use my brakes to justify changing them.

Just kidding, but I'm not sure. I did notice during my last race significant brake fade and it was annoying. We have a long stretch in the back that goes into an impossible rhythm section that I end up "standing on the brakes" so i don't go shooting off into the woods (which I did twice during that day).

I saw these on neobuggy:
PSM 'VX3' Brake discs

They look interesting and if I could get ahold of some, I'd try them out.
