Heya Guys, I saw a few of you guys are running OS Speed with this buggy. I'm running on a big fast track, the dirt nitro challenge track, what kind of run times are you guys getting on the OS Speed? I'm debating on weather to buy another one as a back up but only if I can get 10 minute pits with this engine. I might have it ready to fly tonight

When installing your front/rear end on the chassis plate lay down some lucky7/airseal where the bulkhead meets up around the outside of the screws , it works awesome . Silicone works ok also but i much prefer using the lucky7/airseal

Do you mean using special o-ring grease for the o-ring diffs. I have not had any issues with dirt getting in. I have been told that the precision of the suspension on these cars are hard on the chassis and most components... including diff gears.

The OS SPeed is the smoothest, powerful, and best tuned engine I have ever owned. I think its weak point is run time. Using a OS 2090 pipe, VP Fuel, and 6 carb venturi you could get close to 10 minutes. I have yet to push my car to that limit in fear of fueling on an empty tank and flaming out. I am currently using a 6.5 carb venturi and happy with its tuning window. I am sure some other guys with more experience can help.

I'll try some lucky 7 next. I currently use racers edge sealant. It seemed to block almost all the dirt. It was better than grease. Strange problem for a well established company.

Hey everyone I just picked up a mp9 tki2 and I want to upgrade the battery tray to tki3. Is there anything else that I will need to order besides the battery and receiver box? Any help would be great.

You also need the radio tray and the transponder mount

A small report for those that want to know the difference between using 7-5-3 against 5-5-3.Yesterday tried 5-5-3 for the first time in my car. With 7-5-3 for me the front pulls and is noticeable the loss of turn-in,couldn't counter-steer safely while on power or it would bite back. The pull is nice to have provided there's high traction tough.
With 5-5-3 I can feel the time when the car tells me it's being over-driven and it's mindless to throw into corners,it just works right.Should've tried sooner!
