lol... I like how he covered for you though.. "I had some people throw some stuff at me, and I changed at the last second." It's all good, I'm sure you've been right the other four thousand times.. or maybe not

LOL, I did the same thing...was set on running soft enduros for the 10 min 1/8 Elec main and changed to mediums the race before and the car wasnt nearly as good at the beginning as it could have been, not that I had anything for Kortz or Moller I think I changed my mind on tires at least 3 or 4 times that morning (pretty much every time the sun came out or went behind the clouds )

Cody was dialed though, his TKI2 looked soo good....I think he may be a contender at the Worlds He's been driving really good lately.

I think it's true what he said about the end of the race is more about the compound than the tread. The mediums were good at the beginning, but I was afraid they might be a handful at the end. We had the softs ready and he could have switched it up, so he takes his share of the blame. I think it's cool the top 3 all had enduros and both compounds were competitive, reflects well on AKA. It was a very tough choice the way the temp was fluctuating. Mid day the medium would have been dialed.

This has absolutely no effect on our Worlds effort. We're ready to turn and burn in Pattaya, and we will definitely have the tire choice right over there. I'm excited to see the AKA rubber on the oily track...

Ask your local Kyosho dealer to see if they can order the TKI2 body.

It's the exact same car as what you got, the tki2 just has threaded shocks, all aluminum hingepin plates, aluminum off-set rear hubs with 93mm universals, Lightweight outdrives, and body and air filter so if you don't want the shocks you just need the offset hubs longer rear universals The lightweight outdrives and body and filter
