That's how it came. Its a brand new set. I didn't notice till I went to put the shock cap on and it bottom out and continuously bleed. the piston would hit the bladder. the shock body looks clean cut so it doesn't look like anything broke off.

Infuriating That's lots of time and shock oil wasted. Time for an RMA!

I have never personally had any shock bodies with that issue , thats not good

Like i said if i have to send you a shock body i will

Is this out of a full kit?

Be sure you're dealing with Kyosho America if you're in the US:

From that photo it just looks like one of the shock bodies didn't get trimmed properly on the top. Frustrating if building a new kit for sure. KA will get you fixed up.

What other brands of clutch shoes can you run with the stock flywheel? Dynamite max life?

i'm using these on my truggy. stock flywheel. two club days and the shoes have no feathering, no need to remove and file the edges. should last a long time.
