The new chassis is going to be a little longer.
lighter universals
lighter out drives
carbon fiber shock towers
lighter gears
There might be a couple of other things that Luther can tell ya.
What is your home track?

Ryan - Do you race at DB's much? I noticed your from Ballwin and dont think I've had a chance to meet you. Anyway, I have both the buggy and truggy and they are great. I have put the car in the A everytime I race at DB's and you know what kind of compatetion is there. There are a lot of good choices out there but I feel the sx8 is hard to beat. Especially for what you get. It comes w/ captured hinge pins, big bore shocks, etc. The plastic is very strong and the metal parts ware well. Plus the price is dynomiet I noticed you work at Schafer Hobbies. If you want, I can bring the buggy/truggy by sometime so you can take a look at it. It would also be a great car to sell! I can give you Luther or Jessies number and they can fix you up...
Take care...

K, i remember ya now, I though that was you but wasnt for sure.... Those are all great cars. Thats a choice you will need to make. I have driven all but the O car and I really, really like the sx8, not only cuz im on the team, but the car is dialed. If your looking for support in the future, TQ is building a strong team. It's pretty tough to get on w/ Mugen as they only have a limited amount of slots and since O'donnell is distributed by great planes, they have a ton of drivers in the midwest....So the choice is simple.....TQ baby!!!!!!

Are you running at smac any? I havnt had a chance to break the electric stuff out....I've been finishing my basement and thats taken a lot of my time. Just got it all textured and primed....Ready for paint tonight and trim work!!!! Im so tired of that damn basement...lol
We have also gone to Indy's new indoor nitro track. Its a great place to run as the track is very large for indoor. I think its 150' x 75' or so....We are going back up the weekend after Christmas which is Jan 3

Hey Tony Liam and I wanted to wish the whole TQ Raceing SX-8 Family a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 2009 will be big for the SX-8.
Tony as you know I owen many cars the Sx-8 by far is the best that I have built and maintained. Liam has had much success with this buggy 2009 will be big for him also. To all who owen the SX-8 My son Liam started out with this car at Psycho Nitro Blast and finished at Byrons after World Race in October
and the buggy is still running strong one or two very small things broke. The same buggy as is will be raced for 2009 I don't even have to pull out the backup car I guess it will stay in the box.
