Default OFNA 9.5 MBX

Ive had this 9.5 sittin in my basement for a good while and recently decided to take it out and get it runnin. I had bought this when I was still new to the hobby but have now been in it for about 4 years so I have an idea of what im doing. The first thing I did was completly rebuild it making sure everything was loctited, rebuilt the shocks, threw some fluid in the diffs, put in better servos, got a different engine w/o a pullstart. Well since than each run I have completly chewed up the spider gears one rund the rear and the next the center. Why is this happening if they have fluid in them. Also, are spider gears pretty much universal, so that I can use some stronger ones from another brand.

Ofna made HD gears for the 9.5 at one time. I don't know if the Jammin X1 gears fit though.
