Default v-spec cooling head on a .21VG motor?

Has anyone ever heard of someone putting a v-spec cooling head on a .21VG motor?

Never heard of it. Really the stock head works pretty well. If you're in a hot climate, and race it, then the King Headz aftermarket head works very well. My VG is getting old @ a year and 7+ gallons, but still runs pretty darn well.

If the bore is the same, you need the head button and the head. Then use OS turbo plugs.

The VG is a one piece design, and the 4 mounting screw holes are approx. 25 mm apart. Does that sound like a V-spec head will fit? I don't think there's any advantage to using the V-spec head, when you can get a King Headz version that will def fit and cool better. I noticed a 30 degree difference, no change in tune or ambient temps.
