Losi rod ends - heavy duty or not?

anyone using the heavy duty rod ends for the Losi8 buggy? would like to know any good or bads about these, obviousely they are suppose to be heavy duty, but was wondering if anyone had any comments, thanks.

Along with the above question, what screw/nut combo are you guys running with these rod/ball ends? I have some and want to make sure I get it right.

CAPTURED ROD ENDS MODIFICATION.

LOSA6050-6.8mm ball ends
LOSA6241- 5-40x5/8" screws
LOSA6302- 5-40 locknuts
LOSA6350- washers

Some people use the washers and some people don't. I put the screw through them so the washer sits on top of the 6.8mm ball.
