Where did you get the titanium turn-buckles from? What size were they and how much?

I used bulk Lunsford tie rods that I matched up to a stock one for the right length. THey were like $3 each I think.

From mugen no optional gearing is available, but the guy at my lhs tells me there is an adapter available thatwill allow use of the Associated spur sears. I have one on order so I'll post more about it when I get it.

best place i know for parts is nitrohouse.com they are located only a few miles away from mugen usa and stock nearly every possible part and what they dont have they can get from mugen (if they have it) quickly

i used a set for xxx-nt and it was a pain in the butt they werent the right size at all i had to cut the ball cups and even after doing that the rods were nearly too long

i saw somewhere that mugen is suppossed to have a set available i may get them because i am already at the neg camber limits of the xxxnt ones i got

What about clutch shoes?? Can you only use the 2 shoe or can you use a 3 shoe? I noticed the flywheel has the locating holes for the 3 shoe clutch. Is there any different shoe material ie, aluminium? Sorry for all the questions but where kept in the dark here Downunder

Do you guys know the actual length of the turnbuckles? I just got my truck but I don't actually have it here now(have to wait til Sat to pick it up), and I'm going to be ordering my turnbuckles on Tower since my lhs doesn't have all the right sizes. Any tips or recommendations for anything on the truck? Can't wait to see how much power this MT12 has. Thanks!

Are any of the parts interchangeable with the XXXNT? It looks like a twin.

I don't think so, but I haven't gotten my truck yet, so...

Step Pins-nice truck, but what's with the K2? Shoulda gotten an MBX5. j/k, nice cars man.

Alright guys, I have two questions. First, I've been hearing the lunsford XXX-NT turnbuckle set will fit the MST-1, but it didn't look like it to me when I put them up next to the turnbuckles on the truck. Am I just bad at eyeballing them? I'd like to outfit the entire truck(well, the steering arm-bellcrank one doesn't need to be titanium...couldn't hurt though ) with lunsford turnbuckles. Also, my truck has the second generation axles(silver with black end that connects to the dogbone). I've been hearing about people breaking these, still, but not the 3rd gen. axles. How do I know which are 3rd gen. axles? Or, what would be better is, is there a way to adapt CVD's or Losi universals to the truck so I can use Losi rims? I know you can use Losi rims with the stock axles if you take the hex off, but I've heard that makes it easier to break the axle. Any help would be appreciated.
