Whats a good temp gun to get? I know that the Exergen is the best but I dont want to spend $259.99 on it. So what is the next best thing?

I use the little ofna it works and really you dont run your engines on temp you run them based off how it feels and how much smoke you see you can tell if a engine is running to hot or to cold.Just get a cheap one that works and than used your senses there free.

the little ofna pcr is a pretty decent one , just check it against someone with an exergen gun and remember the difference and you are good !

I use the tempgun.com units, small and big. I don't live by the temp, but it does help in some situations when you factor in all the other things to have a good tuned motor.
