HI Everyone, just starting to become intrested in rc.
I have just recently started getting into the hobby of rc. I just bought rc truck from someone who dosen't know much about them, and he also does not know what kind it is. It says TRX on the front bumper, but that is the only thing that i saw on it. if someone knows how to find out what kind of truck i have, i would greatly appreciate your help. thanks

Welcome to the addiction! Someone might be able to determine what kind of truck it is by your description, but it would help immensly if you can take a pic of it with and without the body.

photos to help with the description
here are a few photos the top of the head says what looks to be fr12, but the cylinder towards the has a sticker or somthing that says pr12.

more quiestions for you guys
hey i am also wondering if there are different years that use different parts that wont work with my particular model. i am sorry about all the questions like i sated before i am very new to the rc world.

towerhobbies.com has just about every traxxas part you can imagine for the sucker just about every part on the car should interchange with others and for technical questions and such traxxas has a forum section just for the nitro pede

Traxxas are well known for keeping to the same overall design year after year. so you should be right for parts.
