I cut the body to make room for the times I run that pipe.

I was curious if anyone else had this occur?

yup... Nova P5X with Nova Medium Long Header and 086 Nova pipe. Picture says it all...

p.s. love the colors Steve

I like the adaptation of the crowd plzr on the 808. the Jconcepts body though? I think it's arse ugly. they went the same style as for the rc8, which is fook'n ugly. I'm dissappointed!

Steve,

I like them alot. More aggressive than Bowties and Gators (my usuall tires for home track) and that picture was taken after probably 5 tanks at race pace. Has Ofna soft molded foams.

I will tell you this...the CrossBow setup is TITS! (Crosshairs front, Bowties rear)...i would say it is more forgiving than the bowfighter setup and certainly pulls harder out of corners.

Yeah that was my first actual race with the 808, and it took me a few heats to get the setup close (90% there for GHR) After working on the rear shock package, ride height, and camber, it was hooked up for the Main. It felt good leading 18 of the 27 laps, till I go pasted in the pits to finish 2nd. Eric and I both lapped the field at least by one lap. Overall a good night of racing, except it ending after 1:00am and the rough driving those first few laps.....

Your truggy looked good that night too. I'd say your set-up is dial for GHR. Looked like you ran away in the truggy class..

Is that the official Crowd Pleazer for the 808, or something that's been Frankensteined?

Thats a "Mugen Pro-Line Crowd Pleazer" body. Just showing that there is other options out there for racers looking for a spare body.

The NEW Pro-Line specific 808 body will be out in a few weeks....

I think the latest JConcepts body looks dialed, is "taste" having the same body on every car?

No problem, I understand everyone wont like what we produce. The maturity is much appreciated.
