Rocco, did any option parts make it in? Mainly the eccentric pin holders.

Well, I got my 808 up and running yesterday, was just wondering how much play the mesh should have for the motor? Is there a trick or guideline for proper distance? I am coming from 1/10th electric and always liked doing the paper method until I got used to the feel. Thanks in advance!

Your method should work fine thats what I also do. Just recheck the mesh after some run time , the gears will wear in a little

I needed three degrees of rear anti-squat on my 808.So I took the front hinge pin mount off my EC took a dremel and used it on the center of the aluminum plate to make it fit and then took the plastic bushings and drilled a threw hole in them so the pin would slide thur.I was worried about the rear toe piece with a straight hole that it wouldn't like being at an angle that the arms would bind up but they don't at all.Now I have 2,3or 4 degrees of rear anti-squat.I did not see if the rear toe piece or any of the front hinge pin holders would fit from the EC.

Interesting, I have a spare set of suspension holders for an EC as I had them on my XT8 but have changed back to plastic. I could pull my car apart to compare, but what is the difference between the 808 and EC holders?
