Smile Which engine, header and pipe combo should I purchase?

Hello peepz,

Just needed some helpful information from you guys about what engine I should purchase for the lovely 808.

I was thinking about the Novarossi 367 package.
Is this one of the top motors out there?

Money isn't an object, so I just want the best engine, manifold and pipe.

Also, what two servos for throttle and steering? (Maybe two high torques?)

I can always find it cheaper on the Net.

Please, voice your opinions and any recommendations.

Engines - Just about any high end engine will be great in the 808. OS Speed, the new GRP, RB C6, new OS based Ninja, Nova P5, Nova Plus 5KT, Picco P7R Evo 2, Jammin JPX21, etc. The best pipe really depends on the engine you get and the type of track you run on. I have the older Ninja MRT / Ninja 2053 FLS combo in mine. I run the OS Speed / OS 2050 in the XT8.

Servos - The ACE DS1313 and 1015 combo is nice (also available with the Associated logo), as is the JR 9100s and t. I have the older JR9000s and 9000t in mine. I also run the ACE 1313 / JR8711 in the XT8. You don't need a high torque servo for the throttle/brake. Speed is more important there.

I finally did it. I ordered my Xray 808. I literally had to haul a bunch of crap out of my backyard before the wife gave the ok. Dog crap that is.

Mazzinga, that is probably one of the tightest looking wraps I have seen. did you wrap it, then paint it? because your paint inbetween the seams is dead on.

so, sometime next week I can start comming on here regularly and talk'n your guys monitors off!

Of course not, this isn't a Kyosho you know

Actually, the car comes with the necessary diff & shock fluid to build the car in the recommended setup.
