2 things...

1, looks like the servo will be pulling the carb at a weird angle which may cause problems.

2. if that is neutral, looks like you can move the servo horn one notch to make it more parrallel with the servo.

Flip the brake linkage on the servo around so that it is more perpendicular to the servo horn.

Throttle Linkage

Check out the above post.....nice linkage setup there!

I do mine just like he did they work FLAWLESS. Make sure to trim the carb side of the throttle linkage piece. Otherwise you will run out of throw for the brakes. You want the spring to be applying pressure to the carb when the throttle is in the neutral position.

LHS sold 3 more that day so it looks like 808 takeover here in Houston.
You know you want a 808!!! You post up here more than us Xray Drivers. Im just giving you crap. Im just glad to see your not driving that TM stuff anymore. LOL

Cars are lookin good! Just a note on xray build quality...I recently built up another truggy from another company (I know, I know...I just sold the xt8 and am trying something new), and the build was a nightmare compared to the xray. The quality of xray parts, instructions, fit, finish, and finished product is definately the highest I have seen or used...big props to them. I may have to go head and get the 808 and run two classes, cuz it is looking real, real good

I just got mine tonight, and one of the things that caught my attention is how much lighter the main chassis plate is compared to the 8ight: it's 1mm thinner and much less surface area as well. Very impressed by what I see so far

LOL. I was close to running the new TM car for 08 but decided against it. Now on the 808, when they first announced it I told branham I was getting one but I just got my 2nd rc8 right before the xray came out. I may try one in the future though.

Maybe I will see u guys next weekend at the Pro Series State race.
