not to be to stupid, but is this the new kit everyone is talking about?Xray XB808 - 2010 Specs
[XR-350005]
the reason I ask is because I saw the xray 808 2009 kit and it cost more then the other one.

Matt you wont be dissapionted going to x-ray, especially after a hong nor, they're a good car but old tech now and bloody heavy too

I've ben waiting for them to sart shipping 2010 upgrade kits again as my 09 is only a coule of meetings old, but it sounds like they're concentrating on kits only for the moment so I may have to bite the bullet myself and just get a full kit

I'm ordering the 2010 bulkheads, bearings and spacers for now..The importer here isn't listing the longer chassis or radio plate as yet although they do list the rear cvd shaft.I think I just sold a scooter I've been trying to get rid of for months so looks like budget constraints are gone..YEHAAAAAAA!!

Hi Matt. +1 on what Adrian (Retro RC) said. You certainly won't be dissapointed with the X-Ray 09 or 10. If your going for a new one, the 10 Spec is a no brainer. These buggies are strong and beautifully manufactured - you will see the quality when you do the build Not to many complaints on here from the boys. Then you just gotta get your hands on a MG66 to put in it. Killer combination with the light weight of the X-Ray, and the power and smoothness of the MG66. It's a beautiful thing

Well I for one can't wait for my 09 spec 808. (Thanks Adrian!).
So by the time I'm ready for an upgrade, xray will hopefully have started shipping upgrade kits.
Since my 7 port is still pretty new, I'm going to have to wait a while before I can get an MG66 for it though...

Nothing wrong with the 7 Port - it's a beauty buggy motor but the MG is just another step up

Cool, I'll check them out, I haven't really searched for them, but I get the impression they are not available in the states though

Thumbs up

Hi guys
Just came back from the track from using my 2010 spec car and i am impressed with it done it a bit of a cheat way and just upgraded the chassis, bulkhead, radio plate etc.As my car was not very worn.
Last year went from the losi which was good then to the xray and just could not get it to rotate or handle quite right .
BUT THEN
I fitted the new updates and the car has been totally transformed it does everything xray says on there information more stabliity,More stable jumping better rough track handling etc
Well done XRAY

Anyone have the 2010 bearing spacers in stock?? I have all the other upgrades, just trying to find these to complete.

THX!
