+1000, very difficult to find anything on their site, even after you get used to it

Maybe they can get Les Porter to help them with a new site, hint, hint, wink, wink

Default body

What body looks the best on the 808?

I think the stock X-ray body looks pretty sexy......

I hate the stocker! It looks like a pregnant Goldfish to me. I am a big fan of the Jconcepts, as it has cut outs for the servo saver, and the header, which makes the lid last longer

I hate the Jconcepts! Had one. They all look the same now. The proline is much nicer. But IMO the stocker is THE best body. Its lighter and tougher than any of the aftermarket bodies. I know I have 7 bodies.

Have to agree there. I don't like the sloping sides of the JConcepts body. Sort of looks like a flying saucer. I reckon the standard XRay body is really cool, and stands out amongst the crowd with it's low lines, up swept roof and tail section. Probably the best 1/8 buggy body I've seen so far. But heh - everybody to there own

I've only used the stock 808 body, which grew on me. (I like it now) but I picked up two Pro-Line 808 Bodies on a great deal. So I'm going to try one, to see how it works. But, I read it a little small for the stock air filter. (Rubs bad ?)

But the durability of the XRAY stock body has been great.

Does anyone have any info on where I can buy an Active diff for the 808? I have looked everywhere I know of and can't find anyone that has them in stock? Also if anyone has the diff spacers in stock I would like to buy them both at the same time. Thanks in advance.

I found the 808 active diff at www.apexmodels.com out of the UK and found the XT8 active diff at The RC Shack (US I believe). I am in Canada and both came to me within two weeks or so.
Good luck,
Kane
