Anyone have a good set-up for a small, smooth, flatish indoor track? Holeshots appear to be the tire of choice.

I currently run on a big BUMPY, RUTTED outdoor track, so I think I will need to start from square one with a new set-up.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

+1, They work great for the 808, tons of power, uses 7.2 stick packs, or 12 volt gel cell

Mugen starter box.Small,light,reliable.OFNA blue alum box is also working well for many at the track. Depends on how much crap you need to compact into how small a space & what your willing to pay for that space.

I was getting lots of flack from parents, that it was inappropriate for the kids, and the only 4 things I enjoy looking at more than the honkers are my daughter, my wife, my Xray, and football games and since I'm not posting pics of my wife or daughter....well there's the new avatar. sorry

With the TM avatar maybe you can help. I need a new contact switch assembly on my X5???? I think its called that. It is stuck closed. I turn the switch off and on to work it. Do you know ware I can get it? Looks like I need the whole end of the box. I now have a Ofna truggy box, but wouldn't mind getting my X5 going as a second box.

My OFNA truggy box has fried the wiring twice. Will I be able to use my Losi 8ight box for my 808?
