Default Need help on 1/8 buggy servo choice

Well, I know that many of the $100 sevos will work great for the 1/8th buggys and truggys. Wondering if there are any $60 range servos that will also work well. If it matters I'll be putting it into a buggy as I understand the requirements for a truggy are a bit more demanding.

Mfg and model number would be appreciated.

Don't think there is much really good servos at $60 new. Check the for sale threads as there are some good deals there. Futaba S9351, S9350, BLS351, & BLS451, JR 9000T & 9000S, Ace DS1015 & DS1313, Hitec 5955 & 5985 are a few servos to check for.

hi-tec has some good servos around $70 they just dont have as much torque or speed as the $100 ones do i would just spend the money now and be done with and you will have top of the line servos
go really fast and turn left....

You could get the Ace DS1313 for around 80 if your trying to budget race. The servo lasts forever and will save u a few bucks.
