Which head shim for a V-Spec

Well I just wanted to ask a question for all of you V-Spec guys out there.Which head shim do you all use the silver one,the copper one or both? I am running 30% currently but I am not sure about shim setup and such.

it should be ready right out of the box for 20 or 30%. I have ran both in mine and it works either way.
