Not happy with fastline Graphix right , it's been almost a month and sign of my order , I sent Chad several emails and not accurate response first the order was being ship last Tuesday , Saturday another email for a tracking number and the response was the order was being package yet Tuesday a week later and no order or emails returned :(

Hey i'm in the same boat, Chad is up to his eyeballs right now trying to get his shop moved and re-setup so he can start producing wraps. Although he is usually pretty easy to get a hold of there will be times when he is just busy and will respond back as soon as he can.

I truelly understand the moving situation and trying getting orders out as fast as he can but why would I get 2 different emails from him 1st one last tuesday saying that the order was being shipped that day and this past Saturday I emailed him again cause I did not get shipping email from paypal or either him stating the order was shipped and I got a different answer stating the order was being package Saturday and yet no sign of shipping info

I don't think Chad has his computers up yet at the new place so getting info is proving to be hard right now.

By all mean I understand , I just would Like to have what I ordered , by god i don't have a beef here, I just feel like I had waited long enough and I know most of you might feel the same way after you took the time to design something you like and you hit the checkout tap and they yank the money out of your account and you wait , wait , and wait to see that nice wrap you been wanting for you new radio or body ,,,,,,, you feel me here

Tommy, I have answered all of your emails, even the one just a little bit ago. Our normal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, and I greatly apologize that your order took so long to process. Like I told you, it will ship tomorrow, and we are sorry for the delay


On another note, I will post up some pics of our new shop and store a little later. Its not 100% complete, but it is a huge step for us and has prooved to be a great one so far.
