I have had a bunch of modded rb 7 ports and I had the best luck with the JP-2. Tried a JP-3 and for a shorter tighter track its the way to go because the bottom to mid is insane but I felt the top was a little short and the run time suffered a little bit. The JP-2 was smoother on bottom, faster on the bigger straights, but more important for me I could pit at 9 minutes out of fuel around 9:40-10:00 mins.

My S7 works great with the JP1. For the WS7 I would use the JP3 or the RB2045 with the short header.
