Default stock head shim for V spec

What is the stock head shim for the V spec motor? I opened one up, there is a 0.25 mm and a 0.1mm, is that the stock? there is also an extra 0.1mm, should I add that for running 30%? Thanks
Lots of RC Stuff

If you got a brand new one out of the box, then the spare copper shim can be used for break-in, but it's not necessary to use it after break-in on 30% fuel.
