Never been to an rcpro event. Thanks for the offer I will definitely consider it, as the season progresses I will give you more definite answer. Nuclear is fun definitely check it out.

Thanks for confirming it TONY!

I will have another track in the Southern Md. area hopefully in the next couple of months. I am for once going to take my time and get everything in order first.

That is awesome to hear Steve. When the time comes when you need help you have my number. Also I wanna get a new grp tuned or ninja jx. How long will it take you to get one. Wanna get one in the next week or so. So are you gonna keep the mugen now after motorama? Mugen 9112, rc pro is a ok track, but the waldorf track was better.

Those are shorter. If you try it, make sure it contacts the spur fully, which it may not.

Hi all,

my MBX6 is powered by an OS V-SPEC engine. I need a new pipe and header and heard not all fit without modification. I thought to order a GRP EFRA 3009 pipe incl. header but I am not sure about that. Is somebody using it or may you recommend an other pipe + header which fits and can be used for the OS-VSPEC?

Thanks

I tried to get an RE11 in Europe, but it is not really easy. May somebody can recommend an other pipe and header fro OS V-Spec in the MBX6

Many thanks

Sascha

the 5 cb will fit just use 2 washers behind the flywheel, if you dont the bell needs ALOT of shims and puts the clutches at the outer edge of the bell

the ninja 2042 pipe( same as the os 2060 ) works very well.
three headers avail. long, short, and the new one is a short mbx6 header to bring the pipe in another 2 mm.

If you do this and need more space in front, use the Losi front bearing collet washer with the flathead screw. It extends the cranktip some so you can have enough space to shim the CB bearings with endplay. I had to do this on a MAG Speed with the MBX6, since the the 6 CB is longer and the MAG Speed crank is shorter than most others.
