Use wad liquid to dye dish rims?

your local grocery store sells the dye. it's called RIT. if you get black and you're dyeing white rims you need to leave them in for a long time, otherwise you will have purple rims like me

I love using the RIT dye. I've had great success with orange, blue, red, and others. Works great for wheels and for 1/8 wings.

I know a guy that used RIT dye to put stripes on his wing (taped off the pattern) and it worked pretty well... he got some bleed under where he didn't press the tape down well enough in the corners... but otherwise it looked good.

For best results put dye in..... boil water.....put the wheels in.... boil for ten minutes then let sit for 8 hours.
This way the dye penetrates the plastic completely....so when you get scuffers you still see black.
