The oil is comming out from the top or the bottom seals? If it is comming from the top its either the top is not screwed completly or the bladder is damaged or not seated correctly. If its comming from the bottom then rebuilt your shocks with new seals but like the guys said earlier take a close look at the shaft for bending or scratches. If it has either then replace the shaft.

hey guys i ran today and i am still hooking out of the corners. i have great turn in speed and off power steering but when i go in to a turn and have to let off the throttle the car does a loop, i have changed and checked every thing. tried diffrent tires and shocks. i put 7k back in it but that did not help. if i am slightly on the throttle i am ok but if i an out of the throttle and go back to it then i hook.
give me some ideas

Is it hooking (front pulling) or is your back end sliding out? You might consider changing your clutch setup to give a smoother snap which may help. Some guys will use 2 aluminum 1 carbon or use a mix of 1.1, 1.0, 0.9 springs to vary when the shoes hit and get a progressive feel. I run 2 1.0's and a 0.9 with aluminum's and it's helped keep me from breaking traction.

its slidding out.if im off throttle turning in its ok but as soon as i hit the gas the car just spins in a circle. if i am straight im ok but if i have the wheels turned at all the car just spins out. i run hard alum. shoes and 1.0 springs.

i just noticed my left front cv axle is digging into the left front control arm when the suspension is fully loaded but unloaded it is fine. the right side sits in about 2mm closer to the diff. do you think this has anything to do with it?

Default Tank

Can someone please help me i have followed the build instructions but i seem to have a problem with air bubbles in the fuel line which seems to be leaning my engine on and off, there does not seem to be much movement in the tank like i have in my losi buggy and the tank seems to hit the chassis very easily could this be causing the problem.

chewie,
unfortunately that is the akelis hill of the ae truck . the tank probaly has a internal leak and that is causing the air bubbles. try a new fuel tank and i bet that helps.
also you can use shock o-rings for insulators under the tank to keep the vibration down.but the antfaom in the fuel helps with that and the clunk container also helps eliminates the bubbles also.
