Didn't you just need shafts?

The GCS finals were awesome, I cant wait for next year! The buggy was really starting to come alive Sunday after winning/bumping from the B and holding 4th for awhile in the A. Damn wear dog bone snapped 20mins into the 60min main. Could have been a good ending if the car kept together!

yeah i still just need shafts but no one can get them, 2 local hobby shops have them ordered and no one can get them. at this point i will buya whole set to race....im desperate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it has been three weeks since i have raced and over a month since i have run a full race....i just want too run and this waiting three weeks for parts stuff sucks.

still will accept about any offer for shocks.

i read the write up and talked with some folks and you were smoking hot sunday. the worst part of racing is the parts you can not control ie shock shafts

dont need a whole truck, shpck shafts or shocks will be fine. i love running the ae truck but it seems to be no ae stores in my area. every time i break something there is a two week waiting period if i order it from lhs or i have to pay $8 shipping for a $4 part. every one here seems to run losi 8t and i dont care for folloeing the crowd or losi in general. took about two visits before i convinced myself to buy the losi ride hieght gauge. i will find the part eventually.

I don't know why it should take the lhs 2 weeks to get something. If I have my Hobby shop order me something it takes no more than 3 days. If you are wanting to race this weekend pm me your address and I'll send you a shock shaft.

because the lhs are not direct dealers of the ae parts and when they order them from there supplier then that supplier orders them from ae. so ae has to send them to lets say horizion then horision sends them to the lhs. now neither the lhs or the suppliers are missing races so they dont care how long it takes. i have done a bit of investigating after the first week went by.

i could under stand if i lived in canada and in the middle of territory, but i live 10 min south of atlanta and not one ae dealer here.

..I hear you on that..I basically stock more RC8/RC8T parts than our LHS because if I don't, I could miss the whole race season before parts arrive. I go through the same thing as you do, a 2 week+ waiting period before my parts arrive. I ordered my JC Punisher bodies the day that I got the part numbers from JConcept, and I'm still waiting for them to show up. It seems that suppliers are never in a huge hurry to ship to Canada. You have to really be self-sufficient if you race up here. It's not that the hobby shops don't try, but they can only do so much.
