I had a pretty decent weekend with my RC8T. It was the 4th rd. of the RC Pro State Series. I qualified 8th overall in sportsman and managed a 6th place finish. Now getting ready for the RC Pro Series Internatinal Finals in Alvarado, Tx.

What gearing are you guys running on a big track? I just ran 13/54 on this last race that was a small tight indoor track but the finals will be on a big open track and I'm sure a pretty long straight.
Thanks

Try 14/52. Or ask one of the AE boys. They should be there.

I can't find them for less than $65. I've been wanting to grab a set as well.

I've been running these for over a year. Matches trucks original aluminum parts. Best price on internet.

alum hubs shouldnt be used if they dont have a plastic housing on the bearings that are going in the hub. the bearings dont seat well enough on metal to metal to keep from spinning in the hub. they need to be like the xray 808 alum hubs. its the little things like that that really matter

Default R These big bores?

Just bought this RC8 FT and was trying to verify is this r indeed big bore shocks or not? The seller said they are, but its either the pic angle or something they look skinny as hell. I just want to plan my budget, since I am converting over to a B.

No they are not the big bores.
Too me they look like the Stock FT Threaded Shocks.

Those are definitely not big-bores..better talk to the seller because he wasn't very honest with you.
