Throttle help

The car takes off perfect and midrange is awsome but if I give it full throttle it acts like its going to die. almost like its not getting fuel. Any help?

It is the high end needle. The low needle only sets the fuel to air mixture if the carb is closed. It should be called the idle needle really.
Just richen up the high needle 1/4 turn and try again. It sounds like the motor is starving.

If you are very sure you have set the low speed and high speed needle very close to optimum position, then you should richen the low speed needle by a quater turn. It's not enough fuel getting into engine when open throttle. I think you are in this case.

Oppositely, If you think the high speed needle is too rich, then close it ( lean it ) by 5 minutes increments.

Thanks for the help guys but I found the problem. I do a lot of big jumps so I dont want fuel line flopping around. The main line going into the carb was pretty short and had an inline filter. It was pinching it at just enough angle to run at low rpms but not full throttle:weird::weird::weird:. Boy do I feel line a dumby. But thanks for the input guys.

well, my fuel line is wrapped round my cooling head twice :D

That will help give a few extra sec. of run time but seeing I am a basher I dont really need those few extra seconds. Plus like I said before I dont really like the line all that extra line to bounce around when Im landing a 30' high jump. Although I do run the pressure line about 10 inches long.
