Default Restrictor

I have a new axail .28 that comes with an 8.5 and 8.0 restrictor. Does anyone have any input on these. If they help if so which one should I run.

Use the 8.0 , you'll get slightly better fuel mileage and smooth out the power a tad.

I run a 5mm restrictor in my 1/8.
