Got my .5 ready for the race, hoping to see a good class for the .5 and get it separated from the 10th scale trucks last Wed. we had 7 crt .5's race and it was fun more laughs and screams of "I MADE IT" off the 27 footer

I had posted in the 1/10th scale thread about this race, had a few questions.
I am from out of town, and there is a pretty good group of us from Vegas coming down for the OFNA Championships this weekend. It seems like a big deal and we were looking for some info.
Is it worth going to, how was the turnout last year? Is there a hose accessible spigot in the pit area for swamp coolers and tire washers? Power within reach of the parking lot for our pit trailer? What tires work well out there? Will OFNA / Jammin parts be readily available since this is an OFNA race? How about Mugen parts / support (Two members of our team run them). Will we all need to Pre-Register to be sure we have an entry spot if they run over the signup limit? What is an approximate schedule for this hoe-down?
Are their any after race parties going on? (most important)
Looking forward to coming out and meeting everyone, but leaving space in the vehicles for trophies.

i dont think you wanna use the spiket there for a swamp cooler. the water smells like butt. plenty of power, but none in the parking lot. there is an on-site hobby store. well stocked with losi, kyosho and mugen. so-so on the ofna. track is only 5 minutes from pegasis hobbies if you get desperate. bring shade, 105+ this week-end. would be a good idea to bring chairs also.
as for tires, most people use bow-tie m2's.
