Yes I was. I bought a case and the very first gallon I tried had the issue, the local dealer to me swapped it out for a new case that he tried in HIS motor first and walla... this gallon had smoke and ran fine so that is what I have been running. Didn't have any problems after the "problem" gallon was taken out of the equation.

thank you

and to add ...... torco fuel looks like it burns very very clean , i let a young man in arizona run an engine for 3 gallons and the engine looks pretty good inside .
(aside from the runaway he had using 27mhz)

i believe that torco had some serious issues upon start up and was enough to shy many away from using the fuel , now they are really trying hard to undo what had been done .

decent fuel when properly blended

Doesn't a company have to have customer service for it to SUCK. It is way beyond SUCKING.

I agree, and spoke with them Thursday about it.

Both Cyndi (CS REP) and Jody (JODY) are willing to discuss the problem they can be reached directly at the office, their number has been on here for 2 or 3 days now and no one has yet to call them.I fowarded all the info I got from newone, and he has been the only one to do so.

In every customer service situation there is a resolution, call them and work it out or continue to keyboard hack and accomplish nothing.

Byrons! I use to use sidewinder, that's good also but byrons runs cleaner makes engine snappier. That's just my opinion. I really want to try the massive mods fuel but would cost the same as buying a new car to get it here. I have run both 20-30%. Byrons I use the gen 2 30%
