Default Mugen MBX5T Prospec

Mugen MBX5T Prospec, what are the upgrades over the non prospec version ? Is it durable and easy to drive ?

I'm thinking MBX5T Prospec and Xray XT8 ...... still confused what to buy.

I have a Prospec too and the upgrades are various, ranging from shock towers (thicker), chasis reinforcements, one-piece engine mount, aluminium rear uprights and many others (I'm at the office and I don't have my car at hand).

If you want to go via the 'non ProSpec' path the car is still a really good performer and you can go slowly putting all the ProSpec goodies but will be expensive and is cheaper to get the Big one.

What I needed to do to my car to be nice on the track is a slight change on oils rear(Mugen #350), some different thickness oils (5/7/2) and some suspension tweaks around a good set of tyres (GRP Cubic premounted - a great bonus and less sticky fingers).

I don't know about the 8T, but liked Mugen quality, had many other Mugen cars and went with the 5-T as a sure bet, didn't repented of it, really pleased with it overall.
