Don't worry OCM guys, there will always be haters. Even after 1.5 years, Team CEN still gets talked bad about even though every problem has been fixed from the 1st kit realeased. Just last week at the Truck Nats, 1 CEN arm breaks and people on RCLive slam CEN. Yet how many Kyoshos, Mugens, Jammins, and Xray's broke at the same race? Jason Ashton broke his new Xray XBT in all 4 qualifiers. Does that make Xray a POS?

Keep up the good work Alan and I'll see ya at the next big race.

Machine's R/C Hobbies is an OCM dealer also, so just e-mail me if you want to buy an OCM kit.

yes the evo parts will fit the dt-19. These update kits will be offered very cheap for the customers when the time comes. Most likely cheaper than a set of 1/8 buggy tires

fhm55 Jason Ashton still runs buggy for sidorf, but sidorf doesn't have a truggy yet so X-ray offered him a 1 race deal for the Truggy Nationals

Guys, it was brought to my attention today and I wanted to clear a few things up. I have been sending out parts packages to shops, drivers, and customers. I pretty much tried to take care of all the customers first before anyone. After that I sent out in order of email received. Keep in mind I ran out of the new ring/pinions w/ the customer packages. So if you received a package with just bulkheads, spur, screw, out drives, etc...that will not be all you get. Just be patient and I will send yours out asap. Just so you know with the new bulkheads the ring/pinion will be fine. I don't treat anyone any different than another. I appreciate every ones support...team drivers, customers, hobby shop, etc...

Our goal is to provide you with a quality product. As you now see things are running much more smoothly with a much larger selection on parts and more frequent orders. Options have been trickling in, as well as a lot of new things going! Just make sure to send me a email if you have a question on what you have gotten or any questions you may have! I want to make sure everyone is handled! All it takes is a email to me asking me the status of something and I will get back to you promptly.

Thanks

Alan Burton

Default EVO UPDATE...

That should go for anyone who has the buggy. If a shop has the older stock on the shelf these will be given to the shop at no charge...

What he means is that OCM will treat EVERYONE the same....hobbyshops, team or non team drivers. Sometimes the team drivers are taken care of last just to make sure the hobbyshops and the general public have what they need.

On the update parts, if a hobbyshop or online store has one of the older kits that do not have the updated parts, OCM will GIVE the updated parts to the shops for FREE. This is to make sure that someone buying the kit could replace the items in the kit that were defective, therefore eliminating the problems that the older kits had. So it will not matter if you buy an old kit or a new kit.

This is the level of customer support that we feel all customers deserve.
