Did you clear or refill you diffs??? If you are gonna do it, now is the time!
Move your steering linkage to the inside of you servo arm.
BTW, good job on documenting you your build. I document all my builds.

i think your diffd are tooo thick. I'm using 1k front 2k middle 500 shock oil rear. Your gonna have a handfull when you drive it with that set up. on shocks I use 60wt losi front 40wt losi rear,I also set the shock positions on rear upper row middle, rear lower arm outside, front lower row middle, front lower arm inside. cut your front brake lever so that it does not dig into the fuel tank and put fuel tubing on your brake linkage so your do'nt blow a gear in your servo on throttle.

Just for the record. I was running on a small track. So I changed the pinion to a 12T and tried running 2/2/1. Little bugger wanted to wheelie from low speed.

Looks great... do yourself a favor and try to clean up the hole in the body for the heatsink. You might also want to invest in some aluminum tape or nomex type tape. Place it around the opening and where the body meets the heatsink to preserve the paint job. I've been using this tape on all of my electric and nitro cars and it works great.

if you take off about a quarter of an inch around the heatsink you should be ok and also if you take out the left door window and the left side of the windshield (were the fuel tank is so your not confused) so you can fuel up faster and so the engine and air filter gets a lot of cool air.

You have a nice build and a very nice motor. Now, like beta bob said cut more air holes on your body to give that motor some more air! I cut out a square out of the front window, the left side window out entirely and cut a hole on the side where the head rests next too.
My big Jammin has the same cuts. It's the same as Beta bob's suggestions. Your almost there!!!

I never thought about there thanks.

O yeah were the heatsink sticks out smooth out that hole with a dremel or one flip and you will have a big crack in the body.
