Default Which Pipe?

i have the 8ight-t with o.s. v-spec and using 20% nitro. i go club racing in a small track with lots of tight turns, small jumps and short straightaway. the track is basically designed for 1/10 scale trucks. i'm thinking getting the jp-1. how about the jp-3? which one do you guys will recommend?

Between those two I'd say the JP-3. I have a v-spec that I run with a JP-2 and it's awesome. If you want to spend a little more the OS pipes are designed for these engines and the 2060 is always highly recommended. I don't have one though, so someone who does can give you more info if you're interested.

for a short tight track stick to the JP1....it gets better fuel time and has a bit more low end....

agreed JP-1 back when I ran an OS Vspec I also ran on a small track like that. the JP-1 was a great pipe and had great fuel mileage. I never ran the OS pipe and the JP-3 wasnt around yet. But I wil say that motor ran very good with the jp-1 with 8 to 9 minutes of runtime and 9mm carb restrictor.

Saxton and Maifield run TTR 2035 long on their OS engines. w/ smooth flow manifold, you wont get better power / runtime anywhere, this pipe RULES!!!!

There's a guy at my track who runs that on his v-spec. Good choice.

I put a OS 2060 pipe with the V-spec and running 25%nitro. great torque and high end speed. The punch is great and the sound from the pipe impresses some of my buddies.
