Sup yall
I just have a couple questions about the v-spec. If you guys don't mind

I have a used truggy hotbodies lightning pro rtr.
I won this truggy from racing my tc4
Anyway

Here's my question about the v-spec

1==== Will it have enough power to push this truggy if I use the v-spec?

2===which engine is better for bashing around racing with friends? The os 30 or the v-spec?

3=== will it be good to use an ofna 086 pipe for the v-spec?

4=== which engine is best for a truggy?
I'm really looking for speed.
But I like os engines.
They last long really long
I have a vzb max os or something
Its been five years and still kicking

Well thanx guys for your time
Sorry for asking to many questions

The new 2050 WC (World Champ) edition pipe should be out the end of Sept or first of Oct in the US.

No, the .21 OS Speed VZ-B V-spec is a Buggy/Truggy engine. It was used by Mark Pavidis to win the 2006 1/8 Off Road World Championship.

See http://www.osspeed.com/eng/index.html for more info.

Thats why to fork over the cash for the "speed" isnt worth it. I really like my EBmods vspec i run now. Its the smoothest from bottom to top motor i've ran in past couple years. And the snap on the bottom is great. And is good on fuel with a Jp3. Ditch the p3 plug for a p6 keep the temps down and they last as good as the other non italian made motors.

Im looking at the 'normal' VSpec (t), and I would install ceramic bearings.. but a 3 gallon life expectancy...

It costs to go fast. There is always a bad side to every good.

Talking

Fly-by its not really that bad. After a gallon change the bearings and the rod and your set to go. They are just about as much work as any other engine brand. The pain is just in a different area. Nova Rossi motors are a pain to turn over when new and can be a headache to tune for the first gallon or so. And I know many other motor maufacturers that have their own little things. Anything you get will have its own little quirks, and you just have to deal with them. I wish there was something that was worry free, but then it wouldn't be nitro.
