I have an O.S. .21 RG that I've kept around for a back up engine that I'm about to break in. Does anyone know how many shims and what total thickness should be used to run 30%? It has 1 shim in it now. I'm not sure how thick it is I haven't measured it yet. Also does anyone know what other brand / type engine shims will work in a RG?

My RG's run fine with just that 1 shim. Im running 30% Odonnell in them with over 5 gallon's on one and 2 gallon's on another.

Run it like it is out of the box. Break it in on the #8 plug that comes with it but change to an A5 after if you're running 30% and it will run much cleaner on the top end (no detonation).
