Thanks. The GT6.1 conversion is coming along slowly.

Trying to use all t6.1 stuff, including transmission. Have she mod to use brakes. Coming along way to slowly, but there is some progress. Have the transmission mods done to mount brakes, waiting on prototype chassis.

Very cool, keep us updated! I'd love another gas truck to go with my SC10GT!

I've been in the garage turning screws pretty steadily for a couple of weeks. I have a blacktub, a FT blue chassis, a RTR blue chassis, and just about have a XXXnt all ready to go. Just waiting on Rex to get my engines back to me

is it the stock white-shoed clutch or the MIP version? The stock clutch doesn't use a spring, just shoes, and you adjust the engagement by trimming them with a Xacto. I haven't tried, but I'm sure you can make other clutches work.

Hey there all (: Got my GT2 a few weeks ago. Been buying up parts like crazy to have a stock pile of stuff for it!!

New Proline Trenchers will be on the rear this weekend with new original ribbed tires on the front.

Upgraded the steering servo to a SAVOX 6V Positioning to 60 is 0.08 and it has great torque (Forgot the exact model) and left the throttle servo stock because I think it's perfect.

Overall I'm loving this truck SOOOO much.. I just wish I could find more factory bodies to have laying around as spares.. They are almost impossible to find it seems.. Of course the companies that remake old R/C bodies make just about everything but these GT2's lol.

It's been probably 12 years since I last had a Nitro R/C and I'm loving it to death.

Working on it, with a stock t6.1 transmission. Have the first prototype chassis done. Working on the brake and slipper assembly now.
