New 1/8 taiwanese buggy SPARKO
#91

So tempted to buy one, I just wish the kit was updated with the optional parts that should be standard like the front turnbuckles instead of upper a arms.

I have the conversion coming to try. Is this necessary because of a fragile upper arms or feel? My only gripe was that they should come with the rubber radio tray grommets. Lol.

option parts that should be standard. Understandable with a new platform but the kits should be updated with the popular setup parts.

I’ve run it on a difficult bumpy track and I’ve nailed the front end super hard a lot of times. Lawn darted it, bad crashes haven’t broke it yet. Car is durable. I did make my own link to try and tried that the past 3 times I’ve practiced but I didn’t break the upper arm and nailed the front end where I thought it would break and it didn’t. Feel free to send me messages with any questions etc or If you wanna talk about buggy!

The fact that the optional parts are available and giving the user the choice represents great value to me.
Installed the newly released Sparko front turnbuckle conversion kit recently myself:

The US market is the smallest with only around 11 cars at present. The local distributor got 20 kits, and can't even sell out of the first batch.

Winter won’t help the car currently other than some in the far south still running so it will take all the exposure it can to get peoples eyes on it even if it’s bench testing with your buddies. Bring on a truggy! As Jersey said we want em both or none! Lol. I would like to see a truggy along with a few other locals that are interested because of just seeing my buggy. See what happens I guess.

If there was a truggy option, I would drop HB and give Sparko a try.

Where can I buy this buggy in the US?
