Questions?? What do you think about Simple Green cleaner?

Does anyone use Simple Green Cleaner? I wonder about your results. Should I buy it? Thanks for your advice.

That’s the only thing that I use along with most everyone at my local track.

Great stuff. I use it full strength for cleaning tire beads before gluing and it's also great mixed 50:50 with warm water in a ultrasonic cleaner. Makes dirty/greasy plastic look new again. Just skim the top of the ultra-sonic cleaner with a paper towel to soak up the oil/grease before removing the parts basket. Keeps your parts clean and lets you re-use the mixture multiple times. Perfect for old slimy diffs.

For tires I find electronics cleaner to do a much better job than simple green.

Doesn't the electronic cleaner make your tires harder?

Just realized this is in the off road section. I was thinking of TC racing.

It’s a “must have” for RC. Has many uses, I usually dilute to a 50/50 water mix.

I am a regular user of simple green in cleaning my buggies, seems to work great for a multiple of uses and dilutions.

However I have been curious to check out RC specific cleaners such as the protek tru line or CowRC’s moo clean line
